- Customers using professional photographs should seek permission for reproduction of the image from the photographer. By ordering, customers are confirming that they have the intellectual property rights.
- SilverTripod.com will not accept photos or text which we regard as offensive or distasteful. This matter is entirely down to our discretion.
- Customers should take into account that the quality of the card relies on the quality of the photo supplied. We may need to trim some photos but will seek your approval for the cropped photo before we print the cards. Sometimes the contrast on the cards will be improved for a better printing result.
- SilverTripod.com accepts payment via cheque or direct transfer. Cards will normally be printed only when payment has been received into our account.
- Customers' personal details will only be used for SilverTripod.com's internal accounting and marketing functions. They will not be sold or given to any third parties.
- SilverTripod.com delivers only to addresses in the European Union. SilverTripod.com does not deliver to the Channel Islands or Gibraltar or other areas not within the EC (for VAT purposes).
- SilverTripod.com will deliver cards to U.K. addresses via courier, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. Customers outside the U.K. will receive their card orders via national postal carrier, unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.
- SilverTripod.com will aim to deliver cards to U.K. addresses within five working days of receiving payment (in the case of cheques, when funds have been received into our account.) Deliveries to outlying areas, such as the Shetland Islands, may take up to two days longer. SilverTripod.com cannot estimate delivery times to addresses outside the U.K.
- Prices are subject to adjustment.
- If an order is faulty, please return the complete batch to 1 Bramblewood, Merstham, Surrey, RH1 3DW and SilverTripod.com will print corrected cards for you or refund the original price. The return postage will not be refunded.
